Senior Managing Counsel – North America Labor & Employment:

CNH Industrial, a world-class equipment and services company, is seeking a Senior Managing Counsel to lead the North American labor and employment legal function.

Job Summary:

- Directly reports to VP & General Counsel for North America
- Provides counsel to internal clients on legal matters
- Manages outside counsel in claims, litigation, and transactions
- Annual salary of $188,000 - $222,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities:

- Lead North American labor and employment legal function for nearly 10,000 employees
- Stay up-to-date on legislation, regulations, and caselaw related to US/Canadian employment and benefits
- Provide practical advice to HR team on labor and benefits matters
- Partner with business and legal teams to determine strategy on labor and employment issues
- Direct and advise outside legal counsel during employment-related claims and litigation
- Manage outside counsel, fees, and case budgets
- Review contracts related to hiring, consulting, and employee benefits
- Provide M&A transaction support for labor and employment matters

Qualifications:

- . and current membership with appropriate state bar
- Minimum 7 years related experience in labor and employment practice
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

Work Arrangements:

- Based in Oak Brook, IL or Racine, WI
- Hybrid work arrangement of in-person and remote work
