Law Firm Seeking Diligent and Detail-Oriented Litigation Associate in Florida Panhandle

Are you a highly skilled Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience? Do you have a strong background in legal research and drafting legal documents? If so, our law firm in the Florida Panhandle is looking for you to join our team. This is a full-time position that can be based out of either the Destin or Panama City office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research to support case progression and management
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates on case progress
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and collegial work environment to strategize and execute case objectives

Requirements:

- . from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida or qualified to obtain licensure by reciprocity
- 3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on complex civil cases
- Federal or state clerkship experience is desirable, but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and adept at client interactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:
