Department: Not specified Education: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Document management and analysis for large cases. - Medical record summaries and chronologies. - Procurement of medical records/HIPAA compliance. - Preparation and service of subpoenas and other discovery requests. - Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses. - Extreme attention to detail and calendars. - Preparation of routine status reports to clients or national counsel. - Statewide roster/docket monitoring. - Electronic filings/ECF with Federal Court. - Tracking of time spent on client matters and enter time in CMS billing system in a timely matter. - Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
