Real Estate Paralegal
The candidate will assist attorneys with various tasks and provide administrative support on a daily basis for multiple initiatives and projects. Communicate effectively with clients, and clients’ in-house and outside counsel, other paralegals, title companies, and lender representatives. Maintain closing checklists and generally manage the closing process in conjunction with the attorney team, including organizing and compiling signature pages and recordable documents. Order title commitments, surveys, appraisals, and other due diligence items and track due diligence and related timelines. Draft basic real estate documents, including closing documents, resolutions, certificates, closing instructions, and other closing deliverables. Review, analyze and prepare memorandas regarding surveys and title commitments. Other duties and opportunities as they arise. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities. Prior real estate experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
