- 3-5 years of experience with Hatch-Waxman litigation
- PhD in organic chemistry
- Excellent communication and writing skills

Compensation:

Law Firm offers a competitive compensation structure with two components: a base salary (based on an 1825 billable hour expectation) and a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the hiring range is $180k - $220k.
