Law Firm is looking for a talented Litigation Associate to join their Chemical & Life Sciences practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with Hatch-Waxman litigation and will be working on ANDA cases. Candidates must have a PhD in organic chemistry.

Job Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in Hatch-Waxman litigation and ANDA cases
- Draft and review legal documents
- Advise clients on legal matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Maintain client relations
- Monitor legal developments

Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience with Hatch-Waxman litigation
- PhD in organic chemistry
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong research skills
- Ability to meet deadlines

Compensation:

Law Firm offers a competitive compensation structure with two components: a base salary (based on an 1825 billable hour expectation) and a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the hiring range is $180k - $220k. In addition, Law Firm provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes employee medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) match, and parenting leave.
