This full-time position, based at the Weybridge Building 5 in The Heights, offers an exciting opportunity to work with category-leading brands such as Sensodyne, Voltaren, and Centrum, and to contribute to the company’s mission of improving everyday health for billions of people through a unique combination of human understanding and trusted science. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice on employment and regulatory matters, including recruiting, hiring, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and terminations. - Advise on global policies and initiatives, and manage legal risk to the business. - Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and provide expertise on employment lifecycle issues. - Participate in creating and providing training on employment law risks and changes. - Engage and manage external legal counsel to ensure diversity of legal talent. - Interface with company employees at all levels and collaborate with other attorneys on the global employment team. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across markets. - Support the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Qualifications and Skills: - UK qualified lawyer with substantial UK employment law experience. - Minimum 3+ years PQE in private practice or in-house. - Experience conducting/leading employment-related investigations preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a team environment. - Must be able to travel internationally and have flexibility in personal schedule.
