The Casualty Department of Marshall Dennehey is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. This is a full-time position with a leading civil defense law firm.

Responsibilities:
- Defend personal injury and commercial cases in the Casualty Department
- Handle all aspects of the litigation process including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and attending court hearings
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients

Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury and commercial cases
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
