Responsibilities:
- Defend against agency charges of discrimination and handle lawsuits involving employment-related claims
- Advise and train employers on employment laws and regulations
- Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations
- Provide counsel on a variety of employment matters, including discrimination, contracts, wage and hour, and non-compete cases

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong class ranking
- Admitted to the CA State Bar in good standing
- Desire for early courtroom exposure and understanding of current agency enforcement techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:
- Expected salary range for this position in California is between $222,000 and $262,000
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law
