2. Provide legal services in a sophisticated practice
3. Assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law
4. Extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel
5. Represent clients from coast to coast in all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, and training
6. Work with a team of employment professionals spread throughout the United States
7. Strong writing and analytical skills required
8. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
9. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Open to developing talented attorneys with litigation experience in any arena
