A law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join their dynamic litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex consumer class action cases and high-volume mass arbitrations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled attorney with a strong background in plaintiffs' side litigation, possessing the ability to handle substantial caseloads and develop case strategies while guiding junior attorneys. This position offers flexibility in work arrangements, including options for remote or hybrid work.

Job Overview:

This role requires a highly organized and strategic thinker to draft and manage critical legal documents, guide junior attorneys, and lead client representation in arbitration and court proceedings. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the firm's consumer class action and mass arbitration cases forward, ensuring that all legal processes are handled efficiently and with expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare detailed legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and case-related communications.
  • Review and guide legal work produced by junior attorneys.
  • Develop and implement case theories, offering insight on effective litigation strategies.
  • Independently manage a significant caseload of mass arbitrations, overseeing each case's progression and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Represent clients in a variety of settings, including arbitration, mediation, and courtroom appearances such as hearings, trials, and oral arguments.
  • Work independently to advance cases, while collaborating effectively with colleagues when needed.
  • Stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in plaintiffs’ mass arbitration or consumer litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and navigate complex legal processes.
  • Strong skills in legal research, case analysis, and drafting clear, concise written materials.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience making court appearances and engaging in legal proceedings.
  • Experience handling data breach cases or high-volume arbitrations is highly desirable.
  • Previous involvement in arbitration processes or participation in litigation, including trial experience, is a plus.
  • Additional experience such as Law Review, a Federal Court clerkship, or other writing-focused roles is a bonus.

Preferred Education & Certifications:

  • . from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in good standing.
