Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal support in real estate law matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Assist with client communications and case management
• Review contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies
• Maintain accurate and organized case files
• Attend client meetings and represent clients as needed
• Participate in court appearances as required

Requirements:

• License to practice law in Kentucky (Indiana license a plus)
• 0-3 years of experience in the practice of law
• Strong academic background
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Desire to work in a small firm environment

Education:

• Doctor of Law (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Kentucky State Bar
• Indiana State Bar license is a plus
