Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil defense.

  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

  • Experience handling depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
