- Engages in transactions across various industry sectors including healthcare, technology, cannabis, consumer products, entertainment, energy/alternative energy, financial services, and fintech
- Clients include institutional owners, entrepreneurial developers, and large corporate/technology companies
- Broad experience in real estate transactions required, including acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting various real estate transaction documents
- Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills required
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with emphasis on collaboration
- Effective and efficient problem-solving skills
- Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice required
