Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence
- Attend court conferences, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and settlement conferences
- Handle investigations and discovery, including depositions
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrate excellent writing and analytical skills
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the litigation process

Qualifications:

- Licensed in Indiana
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work productively in both independent and team environments
