Associate - Digital Assets and Data Management

BakerHostetler is seeking a junior-to-mid-level associate (3-6 years' experience) to join its premier, globally recognized Digital Assets and Data Management ("DADM") Group. The associate would work with some of the largest and well-known companies across a broad range of industries.

- Competitive salary range of $225K - $300K

As a member of the Privacy and Digital Risk Class Action and Litigation Team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases for some of the largest companies in the world.

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of litigation experience
- Demonstrated interest in privacy-related litigation and class action defense
- Experience with privacy or class action litigation preferred
- Familiarity with state and federal laws (BIPA, FCRA, FACTA) a plus
- AmLaw 100 experience preferred
- . from a nationally recognized and accredited school
- Must be admitted or able to waive into practice in the state of residence
