Job Title: Associate (Litigation – Princeton, NJ)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage commercial litigation cases independently
- Research and analyze federal and New Jersey state laws related to commercial litigation, civil procedure, and evidence rules
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
