Law Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Associate in Princeton, NJ

Job Title: Associate (Litigation – Princeton, NJ)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage commercial litigation cases independently
- Research and analyze federal and New Jersey state laws related to commercial litigation, civil procedure, and evidence rules
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Participate in court appearances, depositions, and trials
- Stay up-to-date on legal developments and case law

Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- New Jersey state court experience is required
- Familiarity with federal and state laws related to commercial litigation
- Ability to handle and manage multiple cases simultaneously
