We are currently seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join our eDiscovery & Litigation Services group. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery to join a preeminent law firm in the Midwest.

Responsibilities:

As an eDiscovery Attorney at Taft, you will be responsible for providing support to our attorneys and staff by promoting our eDiscovery resources and capabilities, providing recommendations on discovery process improvements, and conducting document preservation and collection. You will also be responsible for developing and advising on strategies for culling collected data, conducting efficient and effective document reviews, and advising on document production options. Additionally, you will need to stay current on industry developments and best practices related to eDiscovery.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate degree, as well as 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney. You should also have knowledge of and experience with eDiscovery Best Practices and industry trends, proficiency with RelativityOne, and the ability to successfully manage multiple, high-priority, complex matters simultaneously.
