## Job Description

Blank Rome LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join their team with at least 3 -5 years of experience in litigating in an array of employment law areas. The ideal candidate will have traditional labor experience, although it is not required. The position is open to recruiting agency submissions and the successful candidate will be based in one of Blank Rome’s New York, Philadelphia or Washington, . offices.

Applicants must be self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must also be admitted to practice in their respective states.

## Compensation

The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $250,000 - $330,000. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset.

In addition to the base salary, Blank Rome offers bonuses based on performance.
