Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney to work in the New York Metro Area with a specialization in General Liability defense. The ideal candidate will have a New York Bar and experience in trial and settlement. The selected candidate will be provided with an excellent work environment and opportunity for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct initial investigation and legal analysis and advice
Prepare and file legal pleadings and documents
Perform legal research
Prepare for and conduct pre-trial discovery
Prepare for and aggressively handle hearings and trials
Conduct post-trial activities where appropriate

Required Skills:

Demonstrated case analysis ability
Proven trial and settlement skills
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision

Salary Range:
$100k – $150k – Commensurate with Experience
