Job Requirements • 4-7 years of patent litigation experience • Background in electrical engineering, computer science and/or life sciences • Experience with all aspects of patent litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc. • Excellent academic credentials • Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills • Self-motivated and flexible • Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred • Must be admitted in New York Salary and Benefits The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $295,000 - $400,000.
