A law firm in Chicago is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in insurance/personal injury defense. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation and counsel in insurance and personal injury defense cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to formulate effective case strategies.
• Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to gather necessary information for cases.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations, representing clients as required.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
