## Troutman Pepper Law Firm Seeking Consumer Financial Services Associate

Troutman Pepper is looking for a California-barred Attorney to join our Consumer Financial Services practice group. We specialize in complex litigation, business disputes, and health care litigation, including ERISA, out-of-network issues, and consumer litigation.

The ideal candidate should possess:
* 3-5 years of state and federal court litigation experience
* Excellent academic and professional credentials
* Superior research and writing ability
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Clerkship experience is preferred
* Must be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live and also be actively barred in California

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $330,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
