Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in all aspects of complex corporate restructuring transactions
- Conduct legal analyses and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Draft legal documents and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders
- Stay current on legal developments and precedents related to business restructuring

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in business restructuring law, with a focus on corporate transactions and bankruptcy
- Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws, creditor rights, and restructuring strategies
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the state of Illinois or eligibility to become admitted quickly
- Relevant work experience at a Chambers-ranked bankruptcy department at a large law firm preferred
