Essential Job Functions:
- Represent FINRA in complex disciplinary proceedings
- Represent FINRA in non-disciplinary hearings and litigation
- Represent FINRA in appeals before the National Adjudicatory Council
- Provide guidance and advice to Member Supervision and the Member Application Program
- Draft, review and finalize legal documents
- Advise on litigation strategy and evidence use
- Oversee pre-hearing tasks
- Conduct litigation consults
- Conduct legal research
- Negotiate settlements
- Recommend and deliver litigation training
- Collaborate with FINRA staff

Other Responsibilities:
- Work on special projects as assigned

Required Education/Experience:
- Law degree and admission to the bar
- Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience
- First-chair trial experience
- Excellent litigation, oral and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of trial techniques and federal securities laws

Work Conditions:
- Work outside of business hours and overnight travel may be required
