- Responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees
- Conducts HR investigations and ensures adherence to company policies and regulations
- Provides guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability
- Analyzes and interprets data to monitor employee relations trends
- Collaborates with Operational Management and HR Business Partners to address trends proactively
- Provides high-quality HR support through performance management, compliance, and employee communication

- Conducts and participates in HR investigations

- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation
