Role Responsibilities:

As an experienced attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex insurance coverage litigation cases, including first-party insurance, reinsurance, third-party liability, professional liability, and bad faith coverage. You will work closely with partners and senior associates on all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, as well as conducting legal research and attending court hearings and depositions.

Key Duties:

Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues related to insurance coverage.
Attend court hearings and depositions.
Collaborate with partners and senior associates on all aspects of litigation.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines.
Mentor and train junior associates.

Required Experience:

At least three years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, including first-party insurance, reinsurance, third-party liability, professional liability, and bad faith coverage.
Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Proven track record of success in court hearings and depositions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Prior experience mentoring and training junior associates.
