Job Title: Criminal Defense Attorney

Salary: $80, - $100,

Law Firm seeking highly motivated and qualified attorneys with Criminal Defense experience for various office locations in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Building strong defenses for clients charged with crimes or facing criminal charges.
- Creating successful case strategies through thorough investigations and interviewing of witnesses.
- Researching statutes, crime codes and case law that pertain to the specific charges their clients are facing.
- Representing clients at trials in front of judges and juries.
- Negotiating plea bargains and settlements with prosecutors.
- Drafting and filing appeal documents.
- Advising clients on their legal rights and options.
- Maintaining accurate and complete case files and records.
- Working toward obtaining dismissals or lesser charges by negotiating with prosecuting attorneys.

Qualifications:
- . from an ABA Accredited Law School.
- Active Bar License in Maryland.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred).
- Criminal Defense experience (1 year or more preferred).
