Who we are looking for:

- A candidate with 1-3 years of . and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience.
- Someone with previous experience in preparing and responding to cease and desist letters, handling enforcement matters, and copyright law.
- An active member of the state bar with compliance with CLE requirements.
- A candidate with superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Someone who thrives when conducting complex legal analysis.
- An individual who enjoys communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
- A team player who contributes to effective team relationships.

Salary information:

The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $260,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a flexible hybrid work environment, annual technology allowance, family-friendly atmosphere with back-up childcare, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage.
