Law Firm, an Am Law 200 Firm, is looking to hire an experienced attorney for its Business Litigation group in either the Buffalo or Rochester offices. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in commercial litigation, including taking depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and managing electronic discovery. Applicants must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong academic record.

Law Firm's litigators represent a wide variety of clients, including domestic and international businesses and individuals, in all types of commercial disputes. These include, but are not limited to, contract, corporate, construction, energy, environmental, False Claims Act relator and defense, health care compliance, fraud, and abuse, insurance defense and subrogation, intellectual property, labor and employment, pension and ERISA, real estate and finance, real property tax assessment, securities, telecommunications, transportation, utility regulation, and white-collar crime.

Law Firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo or Rochester, is $135,000 to $160,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on experience, portables, and skill level. This range is not applicable to other locations.
