A law firm is seeking a Cross-Border Employment Attorney for their Stamford, Connecticut office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting multinational companies with their labor and employment needs worldwide. Assist multinational companies with labor and employment needs worldwide. Advise clients on a full range of international employment issues unique to global workforces. Provide expertise in cross-border employment law.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on international labor and employment issues.
  • Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and documents.
  • Provide strategic guidance and counseling to clients on cross-border employment matters.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations related to international employment disputes.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • Licensed to practice law in the United States and in good standing.
  • Minimum 5+ years of . labor and employment law experience.
  • Cross-border experience required.
  • Preferred experience in Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.
  • In-house experience a plus.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor degree required.

 

Certifications:

Must be and remain licensed to practice law in the United States.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
