Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Florham Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of litigation and/or employment law experience, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

• Draft and prepare briefs, pleadings, motions, and other related litigation documents.
• Prepare discovery responses and requests.
• Conduct legal research.
• Provide client status reports.
• Participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
• Handle other litigation-related matters as needed.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of litigation and/or employment law experience.
• Litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and preparing dispositive motions.
• Admission to New Jersey is required; New York is preferred.
• Federal or . Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar; admission to the New York State Bar preferred.
• Federal or New Jersey Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship preferred.
