Overview:

The **Members Only** is seeking highly qualified attorneys for the position of Assistant Attorney General in the Financial Services Section, Child Support Unit in St. Louis. This role involves representing the Family Support Division in child support cases and working to protect the interests of Missourians.

Responsibilities:

- Represent the Family Support Division in child support cases before the circuit courts
- Establish, enforce, and modify child support obligations through the courts
- Defend the Family Support Division's role in providing IV-D child support services to families in Missouri
- May involve intermittent daytime travel within Missouri

Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice law in Missouri
- Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Familiarity with state court rules and procedures
- Commitment to public service

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Relevant experience in child support or family law
- Experience working with state court systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
