Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in all aspects of Estates, Wills, and Trusts matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases
- Manage case files and maintain organization of documents
- Attend client meetings and court hearings as needed

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in Estates, Wills, and Trusts matters
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Information:

- $45,000 - $65,000 yearly, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications
