  • Assist clients in compliance with federal and state laws governing executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to executive compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Washington, DC, Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, focusing on executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, securities regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Washington, DC, Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Skills:
