Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.

• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
• 2-7 years of experience practicing insurance defense law.
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and research tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
