Law firm Greenberg Traurig is seeking a talented and experienced Patent Associate or Patent Agent to join our team. This position can be based in our Boston office or can be done remotely, supporting our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in software and electronics IP and a familiarity with health and medicine. As a Patent Associate or Patent Agent, you will be responsible for providing patent prosecution services in software and electronics IP across a variety of industries. This role requires a strong understanding of . and foreign patent prosecution, as well as prior firm experience and registration with the USPTO. Industry work experience and patent litigation experience are also preferred.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
