- JD from accredited law school
- Current California Bar admission
- 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense/product liability
- Large scale motion experience
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Take on significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, particularly in the area of product liability
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and attend court hearings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop strategies and arguments for cases

Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school
- Current California Bar admission
- 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense/product liability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding of state and federal procedures
- Trial experience, preferred

Compensation:
- Salary range of $175,000 - $195,000+ annually, depending on experience
