- Experience: 3-5 years in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation

Law Firm is looking for a highly qualified and experienced patent litigator with a life sciences degree to join our IP Litigation team. We are seeking a candidate with a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters. The Ideal Candidate:

- 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property matters
- Admission to a state bar required
- Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework
- Undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound legal and business knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

- Annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000 (varies by location)
- Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays
- Benefits may also include parental, adoption, and fertility benefits
- Salary will be based on factors such as market data, skills, and prior relevant experience
