The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and communication skills, and a minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting.

The Associate will handle a variety of fiduciary litigation matters, such as guardianship & conservatorship, trust litigation, will contests, undue influence & financial exploitation matters, equity actions, family member disputes & family asset controversies, family business protection & controversies, issues impacted by mental incapacity, family mediation & interventions, mental health & addiction issues, trusteeships, fiduciary service as conservator and trustee, and special needs trust matters & issues impacting benefits and care. Familiarity with Probate & Family Court rules and practice, as well as Superior Court rules and practice, and working knowledge of, or strong interest in learning, the Massachusetts Probate Code and Massachusetts Trust Code is preferred. The candidate must also possess a current membership to the Massachusetts bar and a desire to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative group.
