Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm with nearly 300 attorneys, is seeking a full-time Health Care Transactional and Corporate Associate to join their team. The firm operates from a strategic platform of offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including corporate and M&A transactional work with some exposure to clients in the health care industry. They will be responsible for representing sophisticated corporate clients in a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters, as well as supporting and enhancing the firm's robust health care practice across all locations.

Responsibilities:
- Represent corporate clients in the health care industry in general corporate and transactional matters
- Support and enhance the firm's health care practice across all locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate agreements and contracts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations
- Handle a high volume of work efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Corporate and M&A transactional experience
- Exposure to clients in the health care industry
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills
- Portable and growing book of business is a plus

Compensation:
- Salary range: $120,000 to $155,000
- Performance- or merit-based bonuses and other benefits offered by the firm
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location
