About the Role:

- Develop knowledge of Fragomen's business, various immigration case types, and client processes.
- Perform tasks related to PERM case preparation and filing of immigration petitions with government agencies.
- Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing prompt responses and updates.
- Meet deadlines and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Compile and summarize data within case management systems for reporting.
- Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
- Follow firm standards and policies to ensure compliance.

Compensation:

- The salary range for this role takes into account factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and work arrangement.
