The law firm is seeking a junior level M&A / Corporate Associate in San Francisco with 1-2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, emerging company work, venture capital and growth capital investment transactions, and/or general corporate law. Salary range for this position is $205,000 to $215,000 annually. The successful candidate must be a member or pending member of the California State Bar, with strong academic credentials, writing and drafting skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. The position will be based in the San Francisco office and will work closely with senior associates, counsel, and partners. The role will involve approximately 50% emerging company/venture capital work and 50% M&A work.
