# Lateral Associate - Litigation (SF)
We are looking for an associate with law school class years 2020 or senior to join our litigation team at our law firm in San Francisco. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to corporate and commercial litigation. Our firm has a broad, cutting-edge, and cross-functional litigation practice and welcomes candidates with experiences across the litigation spectrum.

## Qualifications
Candidates should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to corporate and commercial litigation. Examples include class actions, appellate, environmental, securities, antitrust, IP, labor & employment, etc.

## Compensation and Benefits
* Annual compensation range for this position is between $250,000 and $435,000.
* Salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
