We are currently recruiting an IP Transactions Associate to join our Washington, DC office.

Job Title:
IP Transactions Associate

Experience Information:
- Minimum of three years' experience in an IP and technology practice
- Class of 2020 - Class of 2015

Department:
Intellectual Property

Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate IP and technology contracts
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications in computer science, AI, fintech and related technologies

Qualifications:
- Patent registration number or eligibility to take the patent bar
- Patent prosecution experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong academic background and analytical ability
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and initiative
- Eager to learn new technologies and associated legal issues
- DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive in within one year of joining the firm
