Duties:

  • Provide legal guidance for estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.

  • Work with clients to develop and execute asset protection and preservation plans.
  • Handle special needs planning and other related legal areas.
  • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and staff to ensure effective case management.

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 5-15 years of experience in trust and estates law.
  • Expertise in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.
  • Tax LLM and experience with income tax issues.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Tax LLM preferred.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar.
