Complex Litigation Attorney

Manning Kass, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a hardworking and ambitious Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join our Complex Litigation team. This position is a Partial Hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days per week in the office. The successful candidate will bring prior case handling and deposition experience and at least two years of litigation experience to support our firm and our clients.

Responsibilities:

Focus on affirmative litigation cases involving insurance fraud.
Build and civilly prosecute complex, large-scale fraud based cases.
Case handling responsibility with the opportunity to try high-exposure cases.
Case handling, including analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
Client contact, including proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.
Represent clients at litigation proceedings, including hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
Opportunity to try cases, including learning from the firm's ABOTA trial attorneys.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in civil/general litigation.
Demonstrable experience researching, analyzing, deposing, and handling cases.
Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and case analysis abilities.

Company Offers:

Salary Range $115,000-$180,000 + bonus.
