This is a rare lateral opportunity to join a busy and growing civil litigation defense practice with active cases in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle civil litigation defense cases in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine
- Represent well-known, marquee clients in general and professional liability matters, including medical and hospital malpractice
- Conduct trials, arbitrations, depositions, and administrative hearings
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Provide excellent oral advocacy and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in New Hampshire; admission in Vermont and/or Maine is desired
- 6-10 years of litigation experience
- Portable book of business is welcome, but not necessary
- Experience in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and administrative hearings
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Salary:
- $125,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
