## Overview
Ogletree Deakins is one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management in all types of employment-related legal matters. This is an opportunity for a Wage and Hour Class Action attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice. This position can be based out of any of our California offices and would allow the attorney to work from home occasionally. We provide our attorneys with multiple writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities as well as access to robust professional development programs.

## Responsibilities
* Draft motions and pleadings
* Attend court conferences
* Handle discovery-related activities and investigations
* Draft position statements, dispositive motions, employee handbooks, policies
* Perform legal research

## Qualifications
* Juris Doctor
* Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California
* 4 or more years of Wage and Hour Class Action experience in California
* Excellent analytical and writing skills

## Benefits
In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $160,000 and $235,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the following benefits:
