This position requires two to four years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and structuring, and commercial contracts. The successful candidate must have excellent academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Corporate Associate Attorney will provide comprehensive legal services to clients, including counseling on mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, succession planning, corporate governance, regulatory compliance issues, strategic business growth issues, and corporate structure.
