The candidate should preferably have experience in the following areas: Acquisition and Sales; Leasing and Financing; Land Use, Permitting and Approvals; Development and Redevelopment; Investment Funds; Workouts, Restructurings, and Foreclosures; Condemnation/Eminent Domain; Tax Appeals and Tax Matters. Must demonstrate knowledge of real estate transactions and land use applications and have the ability to appear before Planning and Zoning Boards.
